Who can participate in the draw?

  • Any person aged 18 or older whose first name, last name, and municipal address are entered on the entry form. Tickets must be purchased within the province of Quebec. For online ticket purchases, your browser’s geolocation settings will confirm that you are in Quebec. Therefore, it is important to enable geolocation.
    There is no limit to the number of entries in this draw.
  • Group purchases: A group can also purchase a draw ticket, provided that the name of each person who contributed to the ticket purchase is listed on the participation coupon. If space is insufficient, a group representative may be designated, and a document signed by all members must be prepared, stating that the ticket bearing the number XXXXXX belongs to the group represented by (name of the representative). The document must legibly include the names of all group members and their signatures. 
  • Gifting a ticket: It is possible to gift a draw ticket to anyone aged 18 or older who resides in Quebec. To ensure eligibility, their contact information must be entered on the ticket. Alternatively, you can purchase tickets in your name and offer them later. In such cases, a document must be prepared stating that the ticket bearing the number XXXXXX belongs to "the recipient" and was gifted to them. Even if you are named as the winner of a prize, the person who owns the ticket will legally be able to claim the prize in their name, as per the draw's terms. Please note that the gift option is also available for online purchases.
  • Ineligible participants: Employees of Enfant Soleil, Air Canada, and Aeroplan, members of its board of directors, and anyone residing in their household are not eligible to participate in the draw.

 

Where and when can tickets be purchased?

  • Through the official sales network partners: 
    • Walmart: from September 25, 2026 to January 9, 2027
    • Familiprix: from September 17, 2026 to February 22, 2027
    • Tuango: from September 17, 2026 to February 16, 2027
    • Yves Rocher: from September 17, 2026 to January 15, 2027
    • Stokes: from September 17, 2026 to December 1, 2026
  • Online at www.passeportdereve.ca, from September 17, 2026, to February 22, 2027;
  • At Enfant Soleil’s headquarters, from September 17, 2026, to March 5, 2027 ;
  • Other authorized partners approved by Enfant Soleil also sell paper and online tickets during the periods. 

 

When will the draw take place?

  • The draw will take place on March 11, 2027, at Enfant Soleil’s headquarters located at 450 Saint-Jean-Baptiste Avenue, Suite 10, Québec (Québec) G2E 6H5. 
  • All winners will be notified by phone within 48 hours and their names will be announced on the passeportdereve.ca website, in *Le Journal de Montréal*, *Le Journal de Québec*, and on Enfant Soleil’s Facebook page.

 

I can't buy my ticket online. What should I do?

  • It is essential to enable geolocation on your browser to verify that you are within the province of Quebec when purchasing your ticket. 
  • You must check the required box on the shopping cart page before proceeding to the transaction page.

How can I confirm that my online purchase was completed successfully?

  • Within 24 hours of completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing the 6-digit numbers of your draw tickets, along with a series of discount coupons.
  • For each chance to win, a participation coupon will be printed and added to the draw barrel.

 

How will I receive the tickets I purchased online?

  • Only the draw ticket numbers for online purchases will be sent by email. No ticket image will be attached. Please ensure that you have a valid email address and enter it correctly when making your purchase. Within 24 hours of your purchase, you will receive a first email confirming your transaction, followed by a second email containing your draw ticket numbers. 
  • If you purchase your tickets through a partner's transactional website, please allow 7 to 10 days to receive your draw ticket numbers by email.

 

I purchased a ticket online but didn't receive it within 24 hours. What should I do?

  • First, check your spam folder. If the tickets aren't there, please email tirages@enfantsoleil.ca with the ticket holder's first name, last name, and email address. Our team will resend the ticket electronically.

 

How many tickets are available for sale?

  • A total of 237,620 tickets are available online and in paper format. Single paper tickets are numbered from 000001 to 064500, and those sold online are numbered from 064501 to 237,620. 

The cost per ticket is $12 each, paper and online. The following offers are available in limited quantities and available exclusively online: 12 tickets for $100, 42 tickets for $250, and 104 tickets for $500 (30 offers only).

 

How much of each ticket sale is donated to Enfant Soleil?

  • The full amount from ticket sales is donated entirely to Enfant Soleil. We are fortunate to have the support of generous partners who help minimize the operational costs of this project.

 

Can I get a refund?

  • Ticket purchases for this draw are non-refundable.

 

Can I get a charitable donation receipt for my ticket purchase?

  • No tax receipt will be issued, as purchasing tickets provides an opportunity to win a prize, which does not qualify as a charitable donation for tax purposes.

 

I've lost my ticket. What should I do?

  • Losing your ticket is not a problem. Winners are identified using the information provided on the participation coupon and will be required to present two pieces of identification to corroborate this information.

 

If the prizes are not claimed by the deadline, what happens?

  • If prizes are not claimed within 20 days of the draw (by April 12, 2027), they will be repurposed for other fundraising activities organized by Enfant Soleil.

 

What discount coupons are available?

  • 15% discount on Air Canada Business Class, Premium Economy, and Economy flights within Canada, the United States, to Sun Destinations/Caribbean, and Europe (online redemption code—certain exclusions apply).
  • 10% additional discount for new Tuango members (online redemption code).
  • 500 Familiprix points ($5 reward) with a purchase of $45 or more.
  • $5 discount in-store and online at Yves Rocher on any purchase of $15 or more.
  • 20% discount at Stokes on purchases of $100 or more in-store.

 

Only one set of discount coupons is issued per online transaction.

Each discount coupon can be redeemed according to the applicable terms.

The discount coupons offered by our partners may vary each year, and Enfant Soleil is not responsible for the redemption terms established by participating partners.
